With this web app, the biorhythms (based on the theory by Hermann Swoboda and Wilhelm Fließ) for body, soul, and mind can be calculated
for up to eleven players on a given matchday. The biorhythm values are displayed as percentages alongside the birth dates. For space-saving reasons,
the percent symbol is omitted.
The higher the percentage values, the higher the corresponding biorhythm waves lie above the midline—indicating a potentially better physical or
mental state. Negative values, on the other hand, suggest reduced performance capacity. A value of zero means the wave is currently crossing the
midline—often marking a transitional or turning point.
Warning! Critical Day!
The arrow next to the number indicates whether the wave is currently rising or falling.
The “TeamForm” section displays the team’s current average values. The higher these values, the better the overall condition of the team
can be assessed.
To calculate the biorhythms, select the matchday and enter the players’ birth dates. You can modify or delete birthdays,
or leave some fields blank if needed.
Tap the round arrow at the bottom right to start the calculation or refresh the results after changing the input.
To delete everything, tap the trash icon at the bottom left.
Tap the globe icon in the top-left corner to open the home page.
For quicker access, you can install a shortcut to the web app on your device—if you haven’t already—via your browser menu or by adding it
to your home screen.
